My primary service is structural design (framing plans) for residential structures and inspection of residences for compliance with the design drawings. I have extensive experience with residential structures in high wind zones along the coast and in the mountains of NC and SC. I have designed structures from 1500sf to 15,000sf. I also evaluate comments by home inspectors during the sales process and provide repair recommendations as needed.
